• We are one of the leading distributors of car parts in Poland.
• Since September 2018, we belong to MEKO (former Mekonomen Group), the largest distributor of automotive parts and accessories in Scandinavia.
• We have been active on the market for more than 35 years.
• Today, our sales network comprises over 85 branches all around the country.
• Our services are targeted at car garages as well as wholesalers and shops selling automotive parts.
• Our own brands Kraft Automotive (covering car parts)  as well as Sakura (car batteries) enjoy high confidence among our customers.
• As the first company among the distributors of car parts in Poland, in 2014 we launched our own Technical Academy which offers professional technical support for the owners and employees of car garages.
• Our network of trustworthy garages O.K. Serwis unites independent car garages featuring a high level of customer service.
• Garages who intend to gain access to numerous benefits resulting from commercial co-operation with Inter-Team but do not yet meet all the requirements for the garages associated in the O.K. Serwis network may become members of Inter Data Service.
• Our Central Warehouse is located in MLP Pruszków Logistics Centre, located south-west of Warsaw and covers an area of 19 557 m².
• Inter-Team currently employs ca. 1900 people.

Own brands

For more than 20 years, we have been successfully developing our own brands which enjoy the confidence of our customers. Kraft Automotive (www.kraft-automotive.com) covers assortment of operating parts for European cars, high quality car oils, professional  chemical products for garages as well as operating fluids. Sakura covers parts for vehicles of Asian origin as well as batteries for all types of cars. 

The O.K. Serwis ELF network

In 1998, we launched O.K. Serwis—a nationwide network of independent auto repair shops that stand out for their high-quality service and professional equipment.
The concept of “Trustworthy Repair Shops” is a response to today’s customer expectations, a way to increase a repair shop’s market impact and attract new customers. High standards, quality services, and modern equipment build customer trust, while group-wide marketing efforts strengthen the brand’s image and recognition.

The O.K. Serwis network comprises over 360 repair shops (we are constantly adding new ones) throughout the country. As part of our collaboration, we provide network members with professional support in training and marketing, as well as access to modern management and promotional tools.

In June 2024, a new chapter in the history of O.K. Serwis began. A strategic partnership with TotalEnergies led to a collaboration between O.K. Serwis and ELF, which is reflected in the new branding of the network’s affiliated repair shops, advertising materials, and the products offered. The ELF brand has been present on the Polish market for over 50 years and is primarily associated with its collaboration with French automakers—particularly Renault. For many years, ELF has been offering top-quality motor oils for vehicles from most of the world’s leading manufacturers, as evidenced by approvals from Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Toyota, and Porsche, among others.

The INTER-DATA SERVICE network

In 2015, we set up another garage network concept under the name INTER DATA SERVICE. This network allows garages which, for various reasons, cannot join the O.K. Serwis network to derive benefits resulting from commercial co-operation with Inter-Team.

As part of the co-operation, we ensure our network members professional marketing support, we make it possible to participate in specialised trainings and we offer access to technical data for vehicles. In addition, network members may take advantage  of modern management and promotion tools.

MEKO Academy (formerly Technical Academy)

In 2014, as the first parts distributor in Poland, we launched our own INTER-TEAM Technical Academy, where experienced trainers deliver professional training for automotive workshop employees.

Today, as MEKO Academy, we continue to deliver the same proprietary training programs designed for current and future professionals in the automotive workshop industry. Thanks to close cooperation within the Group, we have access to workshop knowledge, data and experience from eight European markets, which enables us not only to create better training programs, but also to share reliable knowledge with participants and customers.

We offer a modern training platform that enables users to register for courses, access online learning, use the calendar and monitor their progress. Free entry tests help determine the user’s level of knowledge and indicate a recommended development path, while results, completed courses and certificates are available in one place.
Our offer includes more than a dozen specialized training programs that help participants understand the operation of even the most complex systems in motor vehicles. MEKO Academy training provides a substantial dose of practical knowledge, highly valued by automotive mechanics. The academy office is located in Warsaw, and its well-developed technical facilities make it possible to organize the full range of training courses at any location convenient for the customer.
